Well, that depends on the type of story you’re writing. The length of your tale will dictate the amount of character information you will have to create them come to life. For simplicity sake, I have broken my personality sheet into what I use for every type of writing. Your character sheets might vary.
That brings us into the reason for emotional response itself. In respect to fiction the most common emotions are likes and dislikes that could turn into their stronger types of love and hate. In real life we love or hate a person because of some attachment through kinship, friendship, or through indirect understanding of the person. One cannot love or hate a person a person does not know in any way. Attachment can also be to other living beings, material things, and even to imaginary things. We love or despise a story or even a notion. For a typical person it’s impossible to live unattached to things on the planet. If one can get rid of attachment, one unites the rank of enlightened souls who are indeed rare. We carry our capacity and desire for attachment into the imaginary world of fiction. We see the characters that we come to know as the story progresses, shape our preferences, and react in the same way like in real life except that we cannot interact with them physically. But we do socialize with them in our minds and hearts from where the feelings come.
Referring to this theme in recurring pictures, props, colors, settings, and situations may also be utilized in the demonstration of the theme. The color red in the film American Beauty provides an important tip-off in introducing the main theme of the narrative as it plays to the viewer’s feelings every time it is shown. As we have just mentioned, Find Out More is something that cannot be ignored – or at least should never be ignored. We do understand very well that your situation is really important and matters a great deal. There is a lot, we know, and that is why we are taking a very short break to say a few words about this. This is the type of content that men and women need to know about, and we have no problems stating that. The last remaining areas for conversation may be even more important.
In summary, you will enjoy reading science fiction tales if you are interested in futuristic science fiction. You can learn about scientific discoveries which are actual as well as those that are made up by the writer. It could also help you to deal with the stress you are facing. You can escape the problems in your present situation into a new fictitious world.
Use your experiences to create the story come to life. If you have been hurt, then write it down. If you’ve been scared, write it all down. In case you’ve ever been in love, duped, overjoyed, given birth, then buried a puppy, been in an accident, run a race, or had your heart broken, write it down. All these are the things which can make your story worth reading no matter what it is about. Using your creativity doesn’t mean you make up everything from scratch. Simply ask yourself “what if” and plug into your personal experiences. This is what keeps the readers participated turning page after page. Be yourself and keep on writing.
To begin with, let’s consider an imaginary Ideal Average Reader – thirty years old, not a specialist in books or movies, average intelligence, average or moderate degree of schooling. I submit to you that, without the capability to Google (or, what almost seems unthinkable now, the capacity to conduct research the traditional way, in a library with reference books), the novel would be infinitely less rewarding and perhaps incomprehensible. You can always check different fiction stories for reference.
Fiction is an essential part of individual life. Man has an inherent demand for diversion to get away, even if for a few minutes, in the temptations of life. Story telling has been one of the first ways of accomplishing this and above the ages it has become the diverse types of entertainment we’ve got in today’s world. Entertainment is essentially of two kinds – passive and active. The busy entails physical participation in 1 manner or other, while the passive doesn’t. Fiction is essentially a passive amusement though the mind plays an important role within it. Fiction always involves visualization whether it’s covert or overt. The earliest type of overt visualization has been that the enacting of dramas since the cultures developed. The growth of technology brought in its modern forms – cinema and tv. The covert form is inherent to story telling and reading. It is an inherent feature of the human (or perhaps any) mind a notion is always accompanied by an image. So when one hears or reads a story the brain visualizes the scene as well as the figures; this process continues throughout the narrative and often even after it’s finished.
“I believed we were going to learn about good and evil, human nature, the way to be great. You understand. Exactly what God is like. You know. The Way to live. But we’re learning about P plus Q arrows or S. What is that, haw? I work all day, and sail for 2 hours, and what exactly do I get? P and Q arrows R.”

Communication both sides of the argument equally, occasionally through both the antagonist and the protagonist, may define the subject with additional impact. In Les Misérables, our milder side may stick together with Jean Valjean, but we also see the righteousness in Inspector Javert.
Yes, I now have a character that is a author, and I have a personality that’s a photographer. My stories are character driven by feelings that I know. I am NOT saying plot and settings aren’t important. What I’m saying is to utilize your strengths. You don’t have to become a cop to solve a puzzle. You do not have to fly to write about superheroes. What you must do is write about everything you know to grab people’s interest. Can I believe that a man can fly? No. Can I believe Lois enjoys Clark? I don’t have any doubt.
If the theme envelopes an emotion, its ability becomes universal. When the writer creates and dramatizes his theme through an emotion, his expression of this fact leaves an unforgettable impact on the reader. Thus an ambitious author could choose an emotion as the major part of the theme.
